São Félix Apartment

São Félix is an architectural renovation project we developed for PGA INVESTMENTS in partnership with Fantastic Frank Lisbon, in which we had the opportunity to participate.

With an expansive 50-square-metre, south-facing terrace, offering breathtaking views of the Tejo River and the surrounding skyline. Situated on the top floor with a private elevator for easy access, this apartment boasts 3 bedrooms complete with top-of-the-line finishes and custom-made carpentry.

The apartment boasts 210 square metres of elegant living space, featuring three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a terrace. The thoughtfully designed interior, wrapped in natural stone, marble, and wood, is complemented by modern, design-led lighting.
